Commission Requirements

Commissions with proper production materials and concept art will be given priority. What to provide on the character sheet:

  • Orthographic Front view MUST be provided. This is the highest priority reference the final product will be modeled from.

  • Orthographic Side and back views. These are less important but greatly inform the modeling process.

  • ¾ Front View, ¾ Back View. These are less common on character sheets, but give a solid understanding of volume that the orthographic views lack.

  • You can provide the ¾ views OR the orthographic views. You don’t have to include both.

  • Body references without costume are appreciated and can result in an accurate body mesh for future costumes.

  • Important props and details must also be illustrated separately from the main character views.

  • Source art for symbols, decals, patterns, eyes, ect provided as SVG, PSD, or similar. This way I don’t have to reproduce graphics that have already been fully developed.

Additional Reference:Additional reference can be provided as image files or PurRef documents, organized and consolidated in a zip file. The character sheet will be treated as the primary reference, matched as closely as possible. However, additional reference can inform the nature and personality of the character. Additional reference can also help to reconcile unforeseen inconsistencies in the character sheet.

The client may request as many project updates as they like.Client is free to request minor revisions, however I will not make large design changes. It is important that you do not apply until you’re absolutely happy with your character sheet, as revising the 2D design sheet is much faster and cheaper than making those changes on a complex 3D model.Revisions can not be requested after the 3rd week from the start of the project. Design is locked in at this point to prevent scope creep.• Resale of the model, parts of the model, and all included assets is prohibited by both parties unless otherwise specified.Copyright & Commercial Use:• You have full ownership and commercial rights for streaming and only.Models do not include commercial use outside of streaming, if you want full commercial rights we will work out a flat fee or royalty of 5%Models do not include merchandising rights, if you want to sell merchandise with the model on it we will work out a flat fee or royalty of 5%Pricing and Payment:• Project pricing is based on the complexity of the model with the listed base prices serving as the cost floor.
